How long does shipping take for carbon wheelsets?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. Custom builds or items currently in production may require an additional 5-10 days for assembly and quality control before dispatch.
What is the warranty policy on Winspace frames?
All Winspace frames come with a limited 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Are your wheels UCI approved?
Many of our wheelsets, including the LUN Hyper series, are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional racing. Please check the specific product page for the UCI certification badge.
